Mini Recorder sells one thing, and tries to do it properly: a compact, voice-activated digital audio recorder for people who need to capture sound without carrying a studio around.
What we sell
Our recorder is about the size of a USB stick — 0.23 × 1.2 × 2 inches, 21 grams — with 32GB of memory, roughly 376 hours of storage, and a battery good for around 50 hours of continuous recording. It records to WAV at a 48KHz sample rate through a built-in double magnetic microphone, and it mounts as ordinary USB storage, so getting files off it needs no software.
People use it for lectures, interviews, meetings, dictation, music practice, field notes and anything else where writing it down afterwards is not good enough.
How we work
Orders are packed and checked by hand before they leave us. We ship free to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, and every order is tracked. If something is wrong when it arrives, we would rather hear about it and fix it than have you keep something you are not happy with — our Return & Refund Policy sets out how that works.
A word on lawful use
Recording law is not the same everywhere. Some places require the consent of one party to a conversation; others require everyone's. There may be further obligations around storing or sharing what you record. We ask every customer to use our products lawfully, and if you are unsure what applies where you are, please take your own advice before you record.
